Assistant RDQ Manager (m/ž)

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Assist the RDQ Manager with the on time and in full delivery of RDQ Go To Market activities for a particular segment in the Cluster Programme;
• Assist the RDQ Manager with the on time and in full delivery of Lift & Launch Projects for a particular segment in the Cluster Programme assisting with development and execution of the project plan;
• Support in-market product quality for a particular segment within the Cluster, tracking & analysing complaints, providing RDQ support on Careline issues, especially relating to sensory/superiority matters.
• Support RDQ Managers in the liaison with local food regulatory authorities and local industry bodies;
• Reinforce our superior health, nutritional, sensory and taste differentials internally and externally and support with reporting across these areas.

YOU...

• Are a team player, capable of coordinating with many stakeholders on daily basis;
• Have knowledge of product labeling;
• You are capable of independently leading projects end-to-end;
• Must be qualified to at least degree level in a Technical subject, e.g. Food Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, etc...
• Have experience within the Food & Drink industry in a Technical /Quality / Product Development role;
• Track record of assisting with either successful product development delivery or quality improvement/technical programme management;
• Are proficient in English language and business languages for the Cluster.
